This is the most common launch located at Lake Waconia. It is also one of the most beginner friendly launches in Minnesota. There is plenty of space to setup kites and shallow water for quite some distance from shore. The conditions are always the best here when there is some type of west in the wind. The waves will typically build the best on a strong northwest day.

A great stop for some bar food and often some live music. It's common to stumble upon other kiters here.
