The public beach at Bellaire Beach Park can be a great intermediate location during spring or fall. Due to a large amount of swimmers and lack of launching space, it is advised to avoid it during the summer. When swimmers aren’t present, it can be a great alternative for east side riders looking to enjoy a northeast wind. It isn’t a very big beach and the shallows don’t last long, so this launch is not recommended for beginners.
